2. Payments & Refunds
Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. Refunds: self-paced courses within 14 days if under 20% complete; live cohorts up to 72 hours before start (minus processing fees).
3. Acceptable Use
Do not share account access, circumvent security, or resell content. Respect other learners and maintain professional conduct in cohorts.
4. Intellectual Property
All content is owned by Silentcore Atelier or its licensors and is provided for personal, non-commercial use. Do not reproduce without permission.
5. Disclaimers
Courses are educational, not medical or therapeutic advice. We do not guarantee specific results. Use discretion and consult professionals if needed.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
